Caitlin developed a strong opinion on customer service as well as the lack of civility surrounding us. She believes everyone has a right to their opinion, and long as it can be backed up by facts and it isn’t full of hate. She went to
Mohawk Valley Community College after being involved in a companywide lay off to pursue her AAS Degree in Business Management. While in school she became a tutor helping fellow students and founded the
Unity, Culture, and Community Club (UC2) at MVCC whose purpose is civility and treating others as you would want to be treated (basically teaching people to be nice!). After graduating in May of 2011 she returned to MVCC as a Professional Business Tutor and an Advisor for UC2. She plans on pursuing her BS and Masters in Education in Business and Management so she can teach others.
Caitlin will be doing her own “mystery shopping” and writing on what she experiences. She will also be writing on civility issues and experiences.
