
These are the exercises we will be doing this week:
- 100 Burpees
- 20 Pushup/Side Plank – Do a standard push up then turn to your side and hold for 15 seconds (alternate sides)
- 60 Full Ab sit ups – (left 20, middle 20, right 20)
- 50 Hardcore Lunges – Get in the lunch position and hold for 10 seconds each time.
- 25 leg lifts – Hold your legs 6 inches off the floor for 30 seconds, rest for 15 seconds.
- 100 Burpees
Remember – if you cannot complete the exercise, scale it back or do as many repetitions as you can. PUSH YOURSELF!

I’ve really enjoyed this series (well, halfway through the workouts I really hate you!). I thought I was in great shape until I started these. Hot baths are now my best friend but I do feel the results! Thanks!
