
The next five weeks will be all at home workouts that you can do without any expensive videos or equipment.
These are the exercises we will be doing this week:
- 30 Jump Squats (check here for a video)
- 50 Push Ups
- 70 Sit Ups
- 50 Walking Lunches (25 left leg, 25 right leg)
- 30 Inverted Push Ups
Remember – if you cannot complete the exercise, scale it back or do as many repetitions as you can. PUSH YOURSELF!
